星牛电气专注于特种节能变压器研发和生产。公司成立于2008年，总部位于十三朝古都洛阳；产品以生产110千伏及以下电力变压器、特种变压器、电炉变压器(中频炉变压器、节能变压器)、干式变压器、箱式变电站、高低压成套设备等电力设备的制造企业。

  产品销往山东、山西、河北、内蒙、甘肃、天津、黑龙江等十几个省市，并出口到印俄罗斯、埃及、菲律宾、伊朗、肯尼亚、印度尼西亚等国家。

  星牛变压器研发的低损耗变压器广泛应用。本项目是星牛自主研发升级的节能产品，经过长期优化设计，并融入国内外设备厂家设计思想和工艺，使用优等材料把损耗降低至国际水平以上。从而使产品在市场上有竞争力，并将成为公司新的增长点。

  截止2024年，星牛电气生产的节能特种变压器已为超25000家用电企业服务。
